After shipment, a 10% processing fee is applied and the customer is responsible for a return shipping cost of $150. All returns and refunds must be within 15 days of receiving the bike. Bikes over 10 miles in total mileage cannot be refunded. All returns require the original packaging supplies and shipping box. Bikes must not have any wear, dirt, scratches, and must be in the same packaging and condition as received. All returns will embody a 10% restocking fee and the shipping fee of $150 per bike at one’s own expense.
As for the shipping policy, free shipping is provided to the lower 48 states in the US. They do not ship to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska, PO BOXES or APO. In-stock orders typically ship the next business day. If your order is shipped and cannot be modified, you may reject the package and 10% of the ebike cost will be charged as a cancellation fee. The customer is also responsible for the return shipping cost of $150. Approved returns of defective items within 15 days of receipt are exempt from the restocking fee.
